2 x exceed: A patchy light hydocarbon sheen observed at Silver Beach, Botany Bay. Sheen/s were so so light that samples could not be taken. Licensee undertake additional monitoring to reduce risk of reoccurrence.

14/2/10: A light sheen observed on Botany Bay when lowering #2 crude hose for discharge at refinery's marine sub-berth. Discharge did not proceed and the hose was raised back on to the ship's deck and secured.
