L1.1 14/2/10: A light sheen observed on Botany Bay when lowering #2 crude hose for discharge at refinery's marine sub-berth. Discharge did not proceed and the hose was raised back on to the ship's deck and secured. Appropriate Action taken by licensee 1
M2.1 Point 27: Monthly sample collected in May but was not sent to laboratory within the required holding time. A second sample was not able to be obtained for May as the error only became apparent in June. Appropriate Action taken by licensee 1
M2.1 Point 30: The oxygen analyser on Boiler 2 did not pass the annual relative accuracy test so has not met the requirements of sampling method CEM-6 (analyser malfunction). Caltex will continue to monitor the analyser on a regular basis. EPA to monitor future compliance with this condition 1
